Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This privacy policy explains how Realined Coaching (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use this website and when you contact us or request the free guide. This policy is provided without changing the marketing copy elsewhere on the site; it adds the legal information required under the GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules.

Phone: +32 495 92 52 02

No physical business address is published on this website. If you need to send postal correspondence, please contact us by email first.

2. Data we process

We may process:

  • Website & technical data: information your browser sends (e.g. IP address, user agent, date/time of request) via hosting and server logs where applicable.
  • Lead form data: the information you enter in the free-guide flow (e.g. name, email, phone, and your answers to the questions), including your consent timestamp when you submit the form.
  • Contact data: information you send us by email, phone, or through third-party booking tools when you choose to use them.
  • Cookie / storage identifiers: your cookie choice and, if you accept, your language preference stored locally on your device (see below).

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Providing the website and services you request — performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract, and legitimate interests in operating a secure site (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Sending the free guide and responding to enquiries — performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Storing your cookie preference and (if you allow) language preference — consent where required by ePrivacy rules (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for non-essential storage on your device.
  • Compliance and legal claims — legal obligation or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR) where applicable.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a cookie banner to record whether you accept optional storage of your language preference on your device. Essential storage is used to remember your choice regarding cookies. You can reopen cookie settings via the link in the website footer.

5. Recipients and processors

Depending on your actions, data may be processed by:

  • Supabase — when the lead form is configured with Supabase, your form submission is sent to our Supabase project as a processor. Processing is governed by Supabase’s terms and DPA.
  • Hosting / infrastructure — the party that hosts the static site and serves content.
  • Calendly — if you book a call, you interact with Calendly under their privacy policy.
  • Meta / Instagram — if you visit our Instagram profile via an outbound link, Meta’s policies apply on their platform.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as offered by the provider. You can request more detail via the contact email above.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Lead and enquiry data are typically kept for the duration of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask for erasure earlier.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have the right to:

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection where applicable;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Belgium, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / APD).

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy where required by law.
