For years, I believed the only way to achieve results was through strict diets, pushing harder in the gym, and constantly trying to control my body. I know exactly how exhausting it feels to track every meal and overthink every workout.
Eventually, I realized that real health doesn't come from extremes, it comes from balance.
With a background as a movement specialist, specializing in nutrition and dietetics, and further education as a holistic nutrition consultant and Reiki practitioner, I've developed a more complete view on health, one that goes beyond just workouts and meal plans.
For over 10 years, I've been immersed in the fitness industry, including 5 years working as a personal trainer, helping women build strong, confident bodies while creating a healthy relationship with food and themselves.
I created REALINED Coaching to help women break free from the cycle of restriction and guilt. Together, we build simple, sustainable habits that support your strength, energy, and long-term health.
